On Saturday 25th June, rebels staged a “funeral” for Our Children’s Future.
The action took place in Church Crookham where a fuel pipeline is being laid through the village. The pipeline links the refinery in Fawley to Heathrow Airport and will provide fuel for airport expansion.
More fossil fuel infrastructure and more flights are incompatible with the changes we all need to make to combat dangerous climate change. Building this pipeline is reckless and this action highlighted this.
